8. Thou Shalt Get Connected (with everyone).
9. Thou Shalt Explore Social Media (30 minutes per week).
10. Thou Shalt Be Creative (go forth and create creatively)!

Great thoughts, but I do wonder if perhaps the most important commandment of all was missed.
LISTEN.
It’s great to get connected and create all of this content, but it’s all going to come across as being extremely fake if organizations and the people in them aren’t listening to each other. Listening is about 75% of the way towards good conversation, and conversation is the name of the game.
