Carey Smith is a marketing communications veteran who thrives on building relationships, rejecting the status quo and settling for nothing less than the very best. She's our Senior Marketing Communications Specialist.
Carey comes to us from the hallowed halls of the government buildings in our province's capital, where she was the Director of Marketing Services with Communications New Brunswick. Her amazing work and strong performance were awarded with a 2010 Platinum MarCom Award. Her other past work responsibilities include event management, marketing communications planning, strategy, implementation and evaluation, and managing budgets, resources and operations (to name just a few). She honed her skills at organizations like Communications New Brunswick, Rogers TV, Theatre New Brunswick, and Deaf Literacy Nova Scotia. Carey has a BA in psychology from St. Thomas University and an Advanced Diploma in Business Administration from St. Clair College.
When she's not making sure she's asking the right questions (her motto is: success hinges on asking the right questions) or working a room, she can be found working on her post-graduate certificate in web and interactive marketing.
