Cynthia Goodwin has almost 20 years' experience living and breathing communications from strategy development to delivery. A seasoned writer and spokesperson, she specializes in media relations, stakeholder engagement and employee relations. Cynthia's clients rely on her cool head and swift response in the face of an issue or crisis - and her tough love when it's needed.
Cynthia has spent most of her career on the client side, having worked in the public, private and not-for-profit sectors specializing in higher education, energy and gaming. She has counseled CEOs and boards; colleagues and front-line staff; volunteers and critics. Cynthia has also developed groundbreaking programs in social responsibility and has led the development and launch of major websites.
Cynthia has a Bachelor of Journalism (Journalism & Law) from Carleton University. In her community, Cynthia volunteers with the Crescent Valley Resource Centre and Saint John 225.
